Illustrator Christie Sheridan
Christie Sheridan graduated from The Maryland Institute College of Art and received a bachelor’s degree in Animation with a Concentration in Illustration. She spent the first part of her career producing digital media for the Baltimore Sun, and then for The Chicago Tribune. Today she is the Director of Animation and Graphic Design for an application security company and specializes in the production of eLearning content.
Christie knew she wanted to create a series of children’s books with a focus on personal well-being. She passed along a few sketches to writer Sarah Petrosky and The Magic of Making Friends was born.
